Is the consultation really free?
Yes, completely. The Dream Discovery Call is a 15-minute phone call at no cost and with no obligation. It exists because we believe a good architectural relationship starts with an honest conversation, not a fee.
Is this just a sales call?
No. There's no pitch, no pressure, and no obligation to proceed. Jo and the team will focus entirely on your project — your site, your vision, and what's genuinely achievable. If we think we're a good fit, we'll say so. If we're not, we'll tell you that too.
What if I don't have plans yet?
That's exactly what the Discovery Call is for. Most people come to us with an idea, a property, and a lot of questions — and that's the perfect starting point. You don't need drawings, plans, or anything formal. Just your thoughts and your site address.
Can you help with renovations and heritage properties?
Yes. Archisoul has extensive experience across new builds, knockdown rebuilds, major renovations, heritage properties, and duplex or multi-dwelling projects. Heritage work is a particular strength — Jo has deep experience navigating heritage overlays and council requirements across Sydney.
How long does the call take?
15 minutes. It's kept short on purpose — focused conversations are more useful than long, open-ended ones. If after the call you'd like to go deeper, we'll arrange a more detailed follow-up from there.
What should I prepare before the call?
Your site address and a rough idea of what you'd like to do. If you have photos, existing plans, or notes on what you're hoping to achieve — brilliant, bring them. But if you have none of those things, don't worry. We'll work through it together.
